Hell aint a bad place!

Trains Passing By music video got shot today. Four excellent men exploring the meaning of life. Which hopefully will become a great video. Beware of dragons, cows, milk, lightsticks and teardripping bleeps from the science of sound.

We shot the music video at the Hell railway station. We planned the video last night, hooked up for a meeting this morning. Picked out the merchandise 12PM. Left the city in a ramshacle hurry 3PM, filmed the first shot round 4PM. Got home around 9PM.

The Science Of Sound: Inspirational Codes

I have chosen to be open about my album. Everything from inspirational sources should be exposed and on display. There are so many experiences I would have shared with you, if you could only see it through my eyes. But the best option so far has been to try to document this and use my music as a means of communication.

It was in Stavanger concert hall where we were going to play a concert later this evening. It was Numusic festival where electronic music was in focus. I remember having come into the concert hall to see some classical music. Something not quite my style, but it was worth a try.

Steve Reich different trains was performed by a completely phenomenal ensemble. I sat glued to the concert seat as if we went ahead in 150 kilometers per hour. I was captivated.

On the way home I heard Philip Glass Einstein on the beach. The world had changed. When we were picked up by the crew, I could not talk about anything else but how amazing this concert was. I was stunned.

The concert which we performed I do not remember too much of, except  it all seemed so pointless. I had to release an album where I could break the boundaries for myself. I had to make the album science of sound. Everything else was unimportant.

Next morning I sat in the park located in the city center and tried to read
Fyodor Mikhaylovich Dostoyevsky crime and punishment. I couldnt read a bit. I remember taking notes in my scrapbook trying to memorize as much as possible.

Loads of fantastic tunes in the mix. Please check out Painted Romans as he is a friend of mine which make fantastic tunes. I added his tune the Long Hour as he also has used some train sounds, which i love. Mats Davidsen (painted romans) also contribute on the album: The Science Of Sound. A fantastic friend, composer and musician.

We Are Monsters

—15 Feet Of The Unknown

Some of the songs went too far. It was a kind of shadow of something that was almost self-evident that was too “scary”. As a splatter film by George Romero or any other Italian gore film in the 70s. In recent times I have these on reserve but time has showed me that it will not come handy for this album or further album.

They represent a small bit of what will happen on the album, but they live a life for themselves. So I wanted to publish them for free.

If you want to sample this song: you have my blessings.

WELCOME TO TWIN PEAKS
Somehow Twin peaks remind me of a Canadian series i used to watch for over 10 years ago. Some Canadian Indians tribe infected by the modern world. I cant remember the name of this series, but the opening sequence was very beautiful with northern lights, great nature and some people working with the nature. It captured a sense of beauty in the struggle of the modern world.
Twin Peaks in late childhood was very important for me. It was so perfected but still so abstract. Watching Monty python gave me another feeling of the same sense. Absurd but in a very nice way. Twin peaks was different. I had to watch the whole series again to understand it and maybe get some new ideas.
It gave me the idea of creating a small world or a village. A place with few people all with their secrets intact. Like an old cake standing in the boutique window to be rotten inside.
I had to create a surface Which had a beauty but was covering something under the surface. Not an easy task to complete.
I had to use a certain recording technique to make the fundamental element of the album.

DECADES!

One of my favourite tunes starts like: Here are the young men, a weight on their shoulders, here are the young men, where have they been!

So many times i have tried to actually deliver an album to you listeners out there. I have tried doing some gigs where i have performed with a band and without a band. In art galleries and supporting things I’ve wanted to support. But it comes a time when you can`t feel anymore the things you want to feel. Being present, center and far away with an audience has showed me that i just cant do it anymore. It`s like i disappear into a sea of nothing. So i won`t perform anymore as We Are Monsters live.

But i will release albums. If theres anybody out there listening i do this for the love of music. My world moves by it. Being raised by deaf parents has showed me the pure beauty of the sound.

In time i have always lived up to what my father told me: There’s nothing called difference, everybody is one. Everybody is everybody. Individual but a part of a social matter. I have never seen any difference in people. I actually always see a different side of myself. A mirror or something which is living inside me.

The idea of science of sound has grown from a very strange universe where pop is also classical. Music without boarders. A world where sound evolved from the heart. BEFORE THE RELEASE I WILL WRITE SCRIPTS TO UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF THE ALBUM_! PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT OR FOLLOW THIS BLOG IF YOU APPRICIATE THE MUSIC.

Love & xxxxx
